Graduate Education
Graduate Education provides distance education courses through the Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne, in collaboration with Orygen Youth Health. The courses are primarily designed for health-care professionals working in the primary health care sector and are open to graduates in psychiatry, medicine, psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, social work and other related disciplines. Professionals who provide assistance to young people in schools and community agencies may also enrol in these courses.
Graduate Education offers a Graduate Diploma in Young People’s Mental Health for those wishing to purse a formal qualification however in consultation with the course coordinator, individual subjects from the graduate diploma can also be completed as electives.
